Meet Marietta Perkins

Marietta Perkins is a proud Arizona native and Arizona State University (Go Devils!) graduate who brings a strong financial and leadership background to her real estate career. Having spent eight years in the financial services industry with Morgan Stanley and UBS, Marietta developed a deep understanding of wealth management, client service, and strategic decision-making expertise she now leverages to guide clients through one of life’s most important investments: their home.

Born and raised in Arizona, Marietta has an insider’s knowledge of the Valley’s unique neighborhoods, lifestyle offerings, and market trends. Whether helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families finding their forever home, she combines her financial acumen with her love for her home state to deliver a seamless, informed, and personalized real estate experience.

Marietta is also deeply committed to her community and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Arizona.

When she’s not working with clients, Marietta enjoys traveling, staying active with tennis and yoga, exploring Arizona’s vibrant culinary scene, and spending quality time with family and friends.
